Refund & Cancellation Policy

We at Tutor follow a 3-day money-back policy for all our premium plans.

Conditions for refund, cancellation or money-back

  • The request will be made only with a registered mobile number or email
  • You did not get any tuition/tutor confirmed during your plan period.
  • If you get even one confirmed tuition/tutor you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If you failed to provide any feedback for tutor/tuition then it will be considered confirmed.

In case of dispute:

The Management’s decision with regard to refund cancellation of service or money-back shall be final and binding. Further, the Management reserves the unilateral right to modify/alter the aforesaid conditions/policy without prior notice and the same shall be final and binding.
